Payment Policy
At Amano, we offer safe and secure payment options for all customers.
All online payments made on our store are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay / Cashfree / other available gateways).
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept:
UPI
Debit Cards / Credit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets (if supported by payment gateway)
Cash on Delivery (COD), if enabled
2. Online Payment Security
All payments are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
We do not store your card or UPI details.
Your payment information is used only for:
Order confirmation
Transaction processing
Refunds (if applicable)
3. Payment Confirmation
After completing the payment, customers will receive:
Order confirmation message
Payment receipt (via payment gateway)
If payment fails but amount gets deducted, the bank/gateway will auto-refund within 3–5 business days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is enabled:
Customer must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
COD orders may be cancelled if customer is not reachable or address is incomplete.
5. Refunds
Refunds for cancelled or eligible return orders will be processed to the same payment method used during pur
chase.
Refund timeline: 3–7 business days depending on bank/gateway.
