Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

If the product is damaged, spoiled, or not fresh at the time of delivery.

If the customer receives a wrong item.

Return Conditions:

You must inform us immediately or within 1 hour of delivery with photo/video proof.

Product must be in the same condition as delivered (not cooked or used).

We do NOT accept returns if:

Customer changes their mind after delivery

Product was stored improperly by customer

Wrong address or customer not reachable

 2. Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible only if:

The order was cancelled before packing or dispatch

Wrong item delivered

Product quality issue is verified through evidence (same day)

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for:

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect address entered by customer

Customer not available

at delivery time

Product already used or cooked
