At Amano, we deliver fresh meat products across our service areas with proper hygiene and temperature-controlled handling.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within:

[uppal, boduppal, Medipally, Peerzadiguda ] 

Deliveries outside these areas are not available at the moment.

 2. Delivery Timings

Orders are delivered every day between:

Morning: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

(Timings can vary based on order load and weather.)

3. Delivery Duration

Minimum Delivery Time: 30–60 minutes

Maximum Delivery Time: 2–3 hours

(Depending on product availability, order volume, and distance.)

You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS update when your order is out for delivery.

 4. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on distance and order value.

Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

 5. Packaging & Safety

All products are packed in fresh, hygienic and sealed packaging.

Temperature-controlled handling is ensured to maintain quality.

 6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

Order confirmation

Estimated delivery time

Delivery partner details (if applicable)

7. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is not reachable or address is incorrect:

Delivery partner will attempt once more

If still unreachable, the order may be cancelled without refund (for COD)
